« For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). »

« Normally we have a great stay. This time was not a good experience. The first night our door latch broke they moved us to another room and the man at the desk was great and said our new room would be available at 3 the next day a younger girl was working and chided me for asking for another room bc someone can sleep on the pullout couch we asked and paid for a 2 queen bed room no one should have to sleep on a couch. « I will say this was the BEST property i’ve booked for hotels in my life. The room was spacious, very clean, the check in was pretty quick. Parking was pretty much front row the whole stay which was helpful since it rained. The breakfast was real good, not like usual hotels. It was busy from others being in the area for sport events with their kids but that did not change a thing. The pool was real chilly that’s my only complaint.
