Hotel Île Harstine

« The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and I got cold while I was showering. It was barely enough to keep me wet at all. Then when I got out the towels smelled disgusting and I had to drip dry. The hair dryer was broken. The bed was lumpy. We were charged and exorbitant amount for a scrambled egg and some hashbrowns and when we spoke with the manager she was rude. I've never paid so much money for such a yucky place. Also, I thought this was a resort and there was zero resort amenities...

« Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard »

« Parfait je recommande. C’est une chaîne d’hôtels vraiment bien conçue. Seul bémol peut être pour les voyageurs fatigués le petit déjeuner devrait être servi jusqu’à 10 h . 9h c’est vraiment tôt quand on passe son temps sur la route. Sinon rapport qualité / prix impeccable »

« Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. »

« Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was descent. Pool was nasty. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but wish they would’ve noticed and cleaned it. We ended up not going in the pool at all. Breakfast was good. Good location. Right across from Costco. »

« Chambre ok. Par contre très déçu par le déjeuner. Très petit muffin sans choix, barre tendre sucrée ou avec noix alors qu’allergique. Sachet de gruau. Ce n’est pas ce à quoi je m’attendais en payant pour le déjeuner. »

« There was so much wrong we had to leave. The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful. »
