Gutes Hotel in nicht so schöner Lage
Das Hotel ist gut, aber die Lage ist nicht so schön. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch schnell in Downtown. Frühstück war nicht so toll, aber typisch für amerikanische Hotelketten.

Alles soweit ok
Der Aufenthalt war ok.. Sehr ruhige Lage.. Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch. Hatten leider Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, da die Klimaanlage auslief und daher einen starken Geruch. Das war nicht so klasse

Ein Mittelklasse-Hotel nach allen Kriterien.
Ein gutes Standard Best Western. Nichts besonders schlechtes. Nichts besonders gutes. Bei dem Best Western in Hartford handelt es sich um ein großes Mittelklasse-Hotel. Wir waren im Erdgeschoß untergebracht, am Ende eines L-förmigen Gebäudegrundrisses (Der Haupteingang lag am anderen Ende des L), konnten aber durch den Hintereingang dann dennoch komfortabel unser Gepäck aufs Zuimmer bringen. Das Publikum ist eher einfach, eher auf dem Niveau von Inns oder Motels. Die Lage ist in einem außerhalb ohne jede Infrastruktur-Anbindung zur Innenstadt (Auto ist ein Muss!). Als qualitativ etwas bessere Alternative zu einem Motel, wie wir das Hotel genutzt haben, hat es voll seinen Zweck erfüllt. Nichts weiteres sollte man allerdings auch groß erwarten.

Location is very truck-stop like. Simple. Building is older and shows it. Everything worked but just barely as bathroom was older. Toilet rocked. Showere water pressure was very high which blew the shower curtain back. Couldn't keep the shower curtain closed. Personnel were barely respectable. All asks seemed too much from them. Never had room service in 3 days even after requesting it. No healthy options for breakfast. No fruit.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and friendly, the problem was at breakfast time, they tried to rush us out and we still had like 20 min lol, same for check out time, they knocked the door and screamed at 10:30 but check out was at 11am, I even had my do no disturb card, I was taking a shower, I’m glad I had the lock on. Never again!

This hotel fits the definition of a hotel. The employees were very nice throughout the stay, and the breakfast was delicious! We were not enthused by our surroundings. There was nothing for a few blocks - except for a McDonald's and a Dunkin Donuts. The fitness room has three pieces of equipment and some weights. It's also on the smaller side. The pool was closed for the season so I cannot comment on that. However, there was mention of a whirlpool but we never saw it either. Overall, if you're looking for a short stay throughout your travels, this hotel is convenient.

This was a great surprise! While the area around this hotel is industrial in nature, the property itself is extremely clean, quite professionally managed and extremely responsive to guests. it’s not the place you go to walk around the neighborhood necessarily however, it is close to many opportunities for inquisitive minds.

I requested a quiet room location. I was assigned 101, the first room in hall by front desk. Constant noise till maybe 10:30pm Food choices for breakfast left a lot to be desired. Microwaved eggs have no taste Lots of be processed foods.
