1. I was overcharged $120 above the rate quoted by expedia. It was corrected only after I complained.
2. The check-in process took over 40 minutes.
3. I was charged an additional $3 per day for the Bistro which we used once to buy two cups of coffee for $12. Was never informed about this additional charge by either Expedia or Marriott.
3. Both elevators made loud scraping sounds when ascending/descending. They are apparently in need of servicing and questionably unsafe.
4. We spent 5 days. our room was serviced once.
5. The only plus was that the Hotel was relatively clean
6. This 2 star rating is generous. I might have given a 3 if they had a pool.
