Before arrival, the lead guest completes a secure online check-in, including agreement to Guest T&Cs and submission of valid photo ID.



✓ Security deposit or damage waiver

Choose between a fully refundable £350 security deposit or a £25/night non-refundable damage waiver, capped at £110.



All steps are completed securely online prior to arrival.



Pets: Pets must be agreed with MCPI Hosting before arrival. An additional cleaning charge may apply.



Smoking/vaping: Strictly no smoking indoors. A £1000 charge applies to cover deep cleaning and damage if evidence is found.



Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



Quiet hours: This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.



14+ nights: Require additional housekeeping for an additional fee per fortnight. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 14 nights.
