« The house was very clean and well equipped. The house manager was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. I didn’t realize there was no central AC. AC units were in all of the bedrooms. I opened windows as AC units were loud. It is off a county highway, the cars driving by were loud with the windows open. It was clean, has a washer and dryer and was spacious. It was nice to have a refrigerator and 2 full bathrooms. It was very close to the Dreams Park and that is why we selected this...

« Great property, lots of room, very clean, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Game room lots of fun. enjoyed use of outdoor grills. Owner called prior to our arrival to ensure we had all needed info. Only issue was main cable tv in living room not operating although minor issue as not the main reason for our visit. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 25 minutes from Cooperstown but not difficult to get to town. »

« This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking! »
