« I had such a nice stay. The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area! »

« I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! « We needed to be in Cooperstown for an extended business stay. The Double Play cabins were perfect for us. We were able to set up a mini office and prepare all of our meals there. The kitchen was fully functional with everything you need plus the grill outside was great. We need to be back next year and hoping with can stay with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. »

« Property was great. My boys were playing in the Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The house is like 5 minutes away from the complex. It was great because my husband would pop in and shower everyday so he wouldn't have to shower at the barracks. House was clean, beds were comfy it was the perfect size for what we needed. « We come to Cooperstown every fall and had a wonderful stay and will be staying here on our future visits. Diane and Glen are wonderful people and do a great job. The cabin was really comfortable and everything was updated and felt brand new. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful as well. It is an easy drive into town and to local attractions. It was just a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend! »

« We came with a group of 6 friends!! Plenty of room for all!! The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay!! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and paper products. The only thing we were lacking was maybe a few spices. We forgot ours and were hoping to get lucky!! The house is super convenient to town, but outside of town so not as busy, and much more relaxing. It is a very charming older home with lots of original features!! We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to get back there...
