„We had a dinner for a grooms dinner and found this to be the perfect spot! The kitchen was well stocked and wonderful to cook in. Our guests were very impressed. It was immaculate and their is a Whole Foods just a block and a half away or a costco a short drive away. We loved cooking on the grill on the deck and the guys enjoyed having the gas fireplace and couches there as well! Lovely place!“

„Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. „This property, although spacious, is not really up to modern standards. We checked in several hours after the check in time and found the property was still being cleaned. While I appreciate things can come up, lack of any heads-up from the host was disappointing. The trash bins outside were full from previous guests. One of the units had no silverware or adequate pots/pans. Some of the window blinds were falling off, and there were some other damages which were aesthetically really unappealing. ...
