Facility is very dated. Room interior was updated, but do not understand why the handicapped shower, with roll-in (no curb) sloped away from the shower. The floor of the main bath area got soaked and held water. Most annoying was looking for ice machine. Room was on first floor, and there were signs in the hall pointing to Ice Machine, until they stopped. Turns out machine is on second level, but no signage for that aspect. Had to go to front desk to find it out.

The section of rooms we were in are older and out dated. You can hear other rooms activities, ie shower running, toilets flushing, people talking, along with outside noises and activities... One of the rooms i booked at 4:30am someone attempted to make entry with a hotel key that was issued by the front desk. They tried numerous times but couldnt because of security latch. Safety was definitely compromised.

My sister and I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The hot breakfast buffet was an added perk that made our stay even better. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the American Dream Mall which was very convenient. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we come!

Really good location with easy access off route 17 putting you close to route 80 route 46 and route 4. The staff was excellent and everyone we encountered was pleasant. The only thing keeping them from five stars would be that the bathroom could use some more work. It is clean, but you can tell they’re just wiping stuff when they actually need to go ahead and clean stuff.

Wonderful man at the front desk
The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. It’s been a really long time since I experienced decent customer service but this gentleman (I wish I caught his name) was so kind, helpful and really went above and beyond. When our key didn’t work for the room he not only got it fixed immediately but he walked me to the room to make sure it work and asked if room was up to our standards, even went as far as to offer to change us to a different room if it wasn’t (which wasn’t necessary as the room was perfectly fine for our needs). I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. On top of this the price was great.
