„Das Appartement war sehr modern und schön ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. So richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Bei der Buchung sollte man sich nur im Klaren sein, daß Hatteras sehr weit im Süden der Outer Banks liegt. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht - perfekt. Die Fahrt in den nördlichen Teil der Outer Banks zieht sich ziemlich. Also gut überlegen was man bei einem Aufenthalt dort tun möchte. The Villas at Hatteras Landing ist als Unterkunft wunderschön. “

„We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400 ...

„We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mermaid- it was beautiful and clean…lots of space and all we needed. Short walk to the beach and great views from the multiple balconies. We would definitely stay again! Also great communication with owner! “

„The apartment and location was absolutely fantastic. The inside was spotless and came with all the cooking utensils you would need for a tiny little apartment stay! The facility itself was absolutely fantastically, clean and located in a perfect spot. The pool was much larger than I expected and spotless as well! You can tell that the managers of the complex take great pride in their facility. We had a one bedroom with a pullout couch that worked perfectly for us and our son. We did not receive ...

„A short walk to the beach, stores, & restaraunts. The room was comfortable with remotes for the two ceiling fans and AC/Heat. Common area upstairs has plenty of seating to gather with freinds and a commercial ice machine....bonus! Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent. We will be back! “

„This was perfect for a long weekend. We typically spend a lot of our time in Avon by the pier so this location was perfect for us. It was a slight tight fit because husband just *had* to bring several surf boards but it worked out just fine. Kitchen was stocked well and host was very informative of how to use the space the best. „House was located about 300 yards from the beach, the community had its own entrance to the beach. Walked up to the third deck and was able to see the ocean and just sit outside on the bistro table. Covered parking was convenient and it was located super close to the grocery store, coffee shop and the ferry to Ocracoke Island. Overall it was a great place to stay, highly recommend! “

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
