« I booked this for my parents. They loved this house and location. They said altho there were houses on both sides it felt secluded and quiet. They enjoyed the view from the deck, deer on the lawn, and fishing from the pier in the back yard. This is a place they would want to stay at again. »

« We all loved the home. It was meticulously cleaned. There are views of the sound in multiple rooms. There were multiple “beach” items of use available. My youngest son and brother in law loved the kayaks. Definitely recommends this rental. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. We had read reviews noting the living room furniture and the mattress quality; however, we found that both features were comfortable. « Travis the owner is AMAZING. Having him as our neighbor could not have been any better. This review however is for vacasa... The pictures were incorrect i have screen shots of them and the emails i got. The listing said outdoor recreation and stated i would receive a separate email to get discount rentals. WRONG!! After several calls and emails they claim they do not do this. Again i have screen shots of everything. Then to beat all they changed the pictures after i questioned about the kayaks...

« The home itself was absolutely wonderful. It is evident that the owners truly want their renters to have a great vacation. The property management, Vacasa, on the other hand ruined our family vacation. « Breath taking views of sunrise and sunset Plenty of breeze off the sound and no need for AC I would buy this home if it were available on the market. Home was built in 1993 and has held up fine in this island environment. Weathered decking could be a potential issue with splinters for younger kids. King and queen mattress are very firm and need a pillow topper. This only ask is that someone would have let me know what coffee filters that I needed or left a few behind for the next person. »

« The furniture in this house was the worst that I have ever sat on. Not comfy at all. It is not the furniture that is on your web sight. The house needs to be up grated. Old kitchen cabinets and stove that is falling apart. House is sagging in the middle. Bathroom was the only room that has been up grated. Will not stay hear again. »
