« The inn is very pretty. Make sure to have all the instructions available before you arrive. We arrived late at night, nobody was at the front desk and cell phone reception was terrible so it took me a bit of time to find the room number and code to get in. Be ready to take stairs to get to your room. The room was beautiful and so clean. We never got to see any staff on site, but our short stay was very pleasant. »

« Unfortunately, we had the smallest room with the smallest bathroom (Margaret Room). Normally we don't complain but the experience did not start out well. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways". I suggested they remove the 2" frame from the bathroom mirror so we could bend down and rinse our mouths out instead of splashing water up to our...
