Most of our guests are really happy to stay in a so lively neighborhood. Regarding the amenities, something didn’t work because all you are mentioned are in the room. After two years we are really proud to have gotten our personalized hand made products, which is a non easy deal in Cuba. Next time, ours or another place, ask for it. We have not experimented any problem with the hot water in the last months, and you were in the farthest room, so hot water arrives latter.
