Dear Petra, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate every word our guests share in terms of feedback towards improvements. May I ask, what went wrong with our infrastracture during our stay? Being a building built during colonial times we reinforced every main pillar and wall, what could possibly be bad about the infrastructure? It is an old building, however we strive to maintain it for our guests comfort Could you please give us more specifics about the problem with your bed, mattress and bathroom? I tried to find your reservation but there was no booking under any Petra this year so I could not investigate with our team what could have gone wrong during your stay with us. Have a good day.
