Dear Sir, We appreciate your honest feedback but we don't think it is a true reflection of the facts. The property IS located in the old town, it is in fact one of the oldest areas of Old Havana. It is not, as you say, "a few hundred meters away". The sink is of good size and there is a mirror just behind it - can be seen in all photos. You were probably expecting a modern hotel with "normal" sinks, sorry to disappoint you, but we dont understand why you would lie about the lack of mirrors (there are 2 in these room). The street is not different to most streets, again it is a misrepresentation. We are even 20 meters from the bay so you dont have to walk through the "hardcore" Old Havana.

Hi, thanks for the honest feeback. Internet in Cuba is a monopoly so the quality is beyond our control but if there was wifi in the lobby, there should be at room 7, we will investigate. We are closing in June to do a whole upgrade of the facilities. By the way, Bahia is way more expensive than us but all our facilities should work as stated. Thank u for appreciating the staff and overall quality
