Hotel Haven

« The pool was muddy and the hot tub was broken. We requested a room with a bathtub and they could not accommodate that either. Staff was very rude and we decided to leave after the first night. We had no help from Expedia and Expedia would not credit me or give me a refund for the three nights we did not stay there. The accommodations were completely unacceptable for my fiance and I so we had to leave after the first night. Neither the hotel staff or Expedia customer service did anything to help...

« I really wanted to leave a stellar review. Check in was reasonably easy. Didn't get a printed receipt, although would have liked to have had one. Rooms were clean, but smelled like heavy cologne. The door to my room looked as if someone had tried to pry it open, there was compression marks on the door jamb so bad I could see into the hallway with the door closed. On the door was a sign encouraging you to lock the deadbolt "for your safety". Mattress was thin, and pretty lumpy. Not a fan of that....

« Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again. »

« The hotel over all waw ok, There were a few things that I thought was really bad. The room cost us $200 a night, and you would think for that cost, they could afford to have ice for customers. Every ice machine in the hotel had a out of order sign on them. If you needed ice you had to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they would give you a little bag of ice just big enough to fit in the palm of your hand, what a joke!! Then when we get up to the room, which was nice, the bedspread had...

« The towels were clean but stained. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Bath was disgusting sonof possible to take a shower. Air-conditioning was so loud. So on and so on. The worst motel i have ever had the misfortune to stay in Absolutely overall DISGUSTING and I have had to stay in approximately 20 and NEVER this bad »

« This is an older property but well maintained. The rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. My friend and I were there for one might. When my friend woke up she was very sick and asked me to reserve her room for another day. The staff was most helpful. I was afraid my friend would have to move rooms. She didn't have to move. Long story short; my friend decided she wanted to go home (3 hours away). I went back to see if I could get a refund and there was no issues. The staff was sooooo nice....
