« When I arrived at the property, they did not have my Expedia reservation on file, even though I had already paid for the hotel. They would not accept my email receipt, or that it showed on the Expedia app that I had already paid for the room at the hotel. I had to pay again to stay there and I assume Expedia would easily refund my money. Unfortunately, to date, Expedia has not returned my money, even though I have showed them the receipt where I had to pay again. I paid double for a mediocre...
