5 bedrooms. 5.5 bathrooms. The home sleeps 12 comfortably with a max of 14. The couch in the office space provides the opportunity for 14 guests.
The main living spaces are bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows bringing the surrounding landscape into the heart of the home. Gather around the fireplace, cook dinner together in the beautifully appointed kitchen, or simply find a quiet corner to take in the view.

Life on the Ridge
Golden Ridge sits in Skyridge Mountain Community, surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains with Jordanelle Reservoir stretching out below.
In winter, you're just minutes from world-class skiing at Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. After a day in the snow, come home to a warm house, a steaming shower, and your own private hot tub.
In summer, Jordanelle becomes your playground. Spend the day boating on the reservoir, mountain biking nearby trails, hiking through the Wasatch, or exploring everything Park City has to offer. Then come home, open the doors to the deck, and watch the sunset over the water.
Fall brings the golden color that inspired the home's name. The mountains turn brilliant shades of yellow and orange, the air becomes crisp, and the views from the deck are hard to leave.
And in spring, the snow begins to melt from the mountains while the valley comes alive again — making it the perfect time for hiking, biking, and enjoying Park City without the peak-season crowds.
