Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was easy to find. Very reasonable rates. Clean room, comfortable bed great overnight stay. No issues or concerns.

Hotel Dot Bogus Scam!
Arrived, no room in name. Had to book another at higher price but that pain was minor compared to the bloodrush to my head when dealing with Hotels.com the next day. Made me feel like it was my fault? Go directly to hotel sites and do not deal with these schisters.

Sleepless at the Sawmill Heber
We were on the 1st floor and someone above us kept us up all night long with heavy footsteps, dropping items, etc. The staff were great, the room clean, bed comfy. Just didnt get a peaceful night aleep.

The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. We really liked staying at this hotel. We had difficulty with a television, and had their all-around helper fix the issue right away. There is no hair dryer in our room, and within 5 minutes they brought one over to us.

BEWARE!!!! BED BUGS!!!!
We stayed just one night and will never stay at this hotel again. After about a half hour laying on the bed watching TV we noticed bugs crawling on the sheets only to discover they were BED BUGS. The management gave us another room for the night, but this was only after some argument as what was the "fare thing to do for us and the hotel". The next morning the owner inspected the room with me and confirmed BED BUGS and refunded my stay in full. The owner was then very apologetic and accommodating.

The property is secluded and was very quiet. Very clean around the whole facility. We only stayed one night but would stay there again. They offer a very nice breakfast in the morning from 7am to 9am with many options to choose from. It was great. Staff at the desk very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend to others.

Pretty good, nothing fancy.
The staff were friendly. The room was fine, nothing fancy, but had everything you needed. The breakfast was pathetic. There was no coffee left, so staff made a new pot with obviously re-used coffee grounds. The waffles had a sour taste and the orange juice tasted rancid. There was nothing edible except the dry cereal. Other than the breakfast, the hotel was good.
