« Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la dame de la pension. Elle ne parle pas Anglais mais discutait avec nous grâce à Google traduction et se montrait attentionnée. L’endroit est super, les Onsen apportent un vrai plus et l’authenticité de la maison lui donne un vrai charme. »

« Generally, we did not like our experience at this hotel. Bad value for money. When I booked, the website said that the onsen could be used for an additional charge of 300 yens per person. We did not plan on using it but they now make everyone pay a flat fee of 250 yens per person, whether you use it or not. The room is spacious but not comfortable - bed, pillow, cleanliness...
