« Clean with everything we needed. Great proximity to Waterfall and to the city of Clayton. Hot tub is a nice addition. I had a nice time watching the sunrise with a few cute (wild) bunny rabbits! »

Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig and K-cups for us to enjoy coffee throughout our stay. We have stayed at many rentals and this one was stocked with supplies that were easy to find. « This house exceeded our expectations! It’s super clean and so welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The furniture is well kept throughout the home, and we all slept really well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We loved the porch, the view is incredible. It’s surrounded with forest and you are looking up at mountains, but within 5 minutes you can be in town at the grocery store! « We had a wonderful time-the property was beautiful. We wanted each couple to have a king bed and bathroom and that is not easy to find and this house worked out perfectly. We had plenty of room to spread out and lots of spaces to play games, watch movies, etc. We loved the creek and it was so peaceful to sit and enjoy nature. »

« Ten of us enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was rainy so we spent time playing board games, playing foos ball, going to the gym, and watching movies. When the sun came out we went to see the waterfall that was 5 mins from the house. Gorgeous and you didn’t have to hike to get to it. We also played pickle ball by the gym. So fun. We were in town for a wedding. It’s a beautiful area. »

« Our family (three generations) have stayed in many short-term rental properties over the last 20 years and this home, by far, was the cleanest one and I'm pretty picky. Not only was the home spotless, it was beautiful and welcoming. Our family from ages 10 though 78 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and the home is secluded far enough away from the main area of the lake that their was very little boat traffic when we were using the kayaks and paddle boards. ...

« Our family spent the weekend at this property in order to attend an event in Dahlonega. The home was lovely and had everything we needed for the weekend, including 2 coffee pots. :) The men in our family enjoyed the river location.
