Welcome to a spacious and comfortable villa in Henån on Orust – the perfect holiday home for a large family or two families travelling together. The house is beautifully located on a hill with a lovely sea view and a glimpse of the village and the surrounding forest. With 200 m² of living space and four bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. On the entrance floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and sauna, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying cabinet and an extra freezer. There is also a small home gym for those who like to stay active during their holiday. Upstairs you are welcomed by a completely renovated kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area, TV and a fireplace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a 140 cm bed. From the upper floor, a patio door leads out to a newly built glazed veranda with stunning views – the obvious gathering place for long summer evenings. The large terrace runs along three sides of the house and is fitted with glass railings for an uninterrupted sea view. The garden offers several seating areas, a greenhouse, barbecue facilities and sun loungers. Enjoy your morning coffee or the evening sun in peace and quiet.

Things to do in Henån and the surrounding area:

Within just a 5–7 minute walk you will reach the public beach “Småholmarna”, a family-friendly bathing area consisting of small islands connected by bridges, with diving tower, restrooms and shallow areas for children. Henån’s centre is only 900 metres away and offers grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy, playground and marina. For day trips, visit picturesque fishing villages such as Hälleviksstrand and Mollösund, or take the ferry from Tuvesvik to Käringön and Gullholmen. Don’t miss Töllås Sheep Farm with its lovely café, Göksäter – Orust’s own “mini Ullared” – and Tavlebod Honey Farm, where you can learn about bees and taste fresh honey.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided that the house has been left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is included in the price.

• Electricity is included, charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
