« The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until...

« The “legends” is where you want to stay. Its nicer, newer, and cleaner than the old hotel. Both are connected to the hotel on opposite ends of the casino. The only issue with the “legends” is you must check in at the old hotel side first. Definitely recommend the “legends” at bally’s. »
