« We saw the pictures and it looked so lovely for the kids. We came to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the kids didn’t want to leave the room. It’s a big room very comfortable. It’s a very good price and they even offer a transfer to the park. Super recommend. »

« Was opened in 2016, the renovation is new and modern. Lighting in the room is good. I booked through Expedia but they said I’m the first customer who booked through Expedia and they couldn’t check me in. I need to use their phone to call Expedia in order to fix it. So the hotel upgraded me to deluxe suite. The suite was super big. Bathroom was nice. But the hairdryer was a cheap one and need to keep the button depressed in order to operate. The bed was ok. But the hotel location is so so. Need...

« Hotel incredibly hard to find Apple and Google maps send you to the wrong location. No sign outside the hotel. Check in on the 4th floor in an office using a service lift. Room barely looks like room with no tv / projector as seen in photos. »
