"As mentioned in other reviews: lovely outdoor area facing the marina. Decent food at the pub. Downsides: room is way too small, damp (air does not circulate, window does not open in the sleeping area). Bathroom floor tiles falling apart, tub poorly caulked. Basic and inexpensive fixes!
