The private swimming pool (4.5 × 9 m, depth 1.40 m) is perfect for refreshing swims under the Cretan sun. Around the pool, guests can relax on comfortable sunbeds and poufs or unwind in a thoughtfully designed shaded lounge area.

A brick-built BBQ allows guests to enjoy outdoor cooking, while the dedicated outdoor seating and dining area is ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. For added convenience, there is also a separate exterior WC that can be used when enjoying the pool or BBQ area. The property also offers private parking for up to four cars.

Inside, the villa features bright and comfortable living spaces with views of the pool and garden. The living area includes a cozy lounge with TV and a dining table, creating a welcoming place for everyone to gather and relax. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable and easy stay.

The two additional bedrooms include one with a king-size bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and one with a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m); these share a family bathroom with a bathtub.

For maximum comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets on all doors and windows, as well as high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.
