„Towels were dirty, no supplies such as garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Had an ac leak the first night. The manager sent a repairman who cut a hole in the sheetrock ceiling and than left it. The next day we Had cockroaches which may or may not have been related to the gaping holes in the ceiling. „This large house could be a nice accommodation of a large group but it is poorly maintained and not cleaned at all. Dishwasher and fans are not working at all and there are fleas around the house probably because of the poor cleaning. The location is good and the beaches around are really nice.“

But we had several issues that made the stay difficult. Bedroom and kitchen flooded during a rain due to a leak in the ceiling.l and the property manager only brought more towels without cleaning or making repairs. „Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our group of 10 friends. Location was perfect, short 1 block walk to the beach in Herziliya and a 24/7 breakfast spot Bennedict’s. Views from the rooftop were awesome, especially at sunset. Lots of comfortable seating areas, both inside and outside.
