« Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here! »

« I sent two emails before my arrival and—guess what—no reply. When I checked in, the night staff knew absolutely nothing, and the receptionist was so incompetent it was almost impressive. Then came the room. The TV didn’t work, no housekeeping, paint stains all over the bathroom, an eyelash glued to the door (lovely), a dirty shower, and even the safety instructions were stuck on upside down—which is ironic, because the whole stay felt upside down anyway.
