Surrounded by mature trees with lovely views across the valley and rolling hills, there’s plenty of space to relax, including two living areas, a bright conservatory, stylish dining space and leafy garden. Inside, quality furnishings and beautifully renovated bathrooms make this a comfortable countryside base for families, friends or longer stays.

Tucked away along a peaceful lane and surrounded by mature woodland, this spacious four-bedroom home enjoys a wonderfully leafy setting with views across the Chiltern Hills and surrounding valley.

Inside, the house is bright, comfortable and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space for families and groups to relax together.

The main sitting room features a large corner sofa and TV, with sliding doors opening into a bright conservatory overlooking the trees. From here, guests can step directly onto the raised deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

A separate family and dining room provides another sociable space, with comfortable seating, TV, wood-burning stove and a dining table for group meals. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped for your stay, with an additional breakfast area overlooking the greenery outside.

Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms, including a spacious principal bedroom with its own newly renovated en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms are served by a beautifully finished family bathroom, with all bathrooms recently renovated to a high standard.

For guests working during their stay, there is also a separate study with desk and office chair.

Outside, the mature garden has a natural, leafy feel, with established trees and planting complementing the property’s Chilterns setting. The elevated position provides lovely glimpses across the valley and surrounding woodland.

Please note that the property sits on a hillside, so there are steps, slopes and changes in level around the house and garden.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
