Hotel Highland Springs

« We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing. »

« Overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. »
