Das Resort liegt am Highway, den man aber kaum hört. Auf der anderen Seite ist der See mit Steg auch nur 1 min entfernt- wunderschön- Kücheneinrichtung und Heizung funktionierten gut. Bis nach Bancroft benötigte man nur 15 min- dort gibt es alles zum Einkaufen und Essen. Nur dass das Zimmer etwas dunkel war, war nicht so schön.

Sehr toll renoviertes Hotel mit wunderschöner Lage
Die Zimmer sind äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Die Ameneties wie Kaffee und Tee sind mit einem tollen Angebot im Haupthaus für alle zugänglich. Und der Steg am See zum Sonnenbaden ist ein toller Platz. Die Cottages sahen ebenfalls sehr schön und total gemütlich aus. Tolle Anlage am Rande des Algonquin Park. Sehr empfehlenswert, um einmal dem Stress zu entfliehen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen!

Schönes Hotel direkt am See
Schöne, moderne und große Zimmer. Es gibt einen "Gemeinschaftsbereich" in dem Billard gespielt werden kann und auch eine Kaffeemaschine bereit steht. Check-In und Check-Out haben wir allein gemacht. Das hat aber super geklappt. Das Wifi war sehr langsam, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Wir waren für 2 Nächte da. Das Zimmer wurde leider nach der 1. Nacht nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir den ganzen Tag nicht da waren. Das denke ich sollte aber bei dem Preis durchaus drin sein.

Thank you very much for your review. I apologize no one was there to clean the room, as that is always our standard. I will look into why that happened. The WIFI is very slow as it is not high speed at the location as of yet, we are waiting for that service too! Very clean, modern and comfortable. In a 2 week trip through many towns and lodgings this was by far my most enjoyable. 10/10 Would stay again.

家族経営のようなフレンドリーな宿でした。カヌーも無料です。 WiFiや電子レンジがロビーのみなのが、やや不便でしたが、綺麗なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。

We had spent our October long weekend over there. The place was cozy and clean. We were 5 adult. Close to Lake,made fire ourselves. We enjoyed.

Great lakeside stay in modern room
Stayed here for one night on the way to visit family. The room was spacious, clean, recently updated and had a great view towards the lake. Scott, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. This would be a good place to stay longer, especially during a warmer time of the year. There was no breakfast offered, which was a shame given it is out of the way, but this was clear up front so really just an inconvenience. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to others passing through or wanting to spend time in the area.

Modern and nice
Great place just by the lake. Modern and nice room but we could really use aircondition or at least a fan. We didn’t have any cleaning or change of towels. Nice coffee kitchen to use. Great swimming and BBQ areas. We had a great stay.

Personne à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. Pour le montant payé, un effort devrait être fait pour bien accueillir les gens. De plus au départ, même chose personne n'est présent, et s'il y a avait eu urgence... C'est un endroit non fumeur sur les balcons extérieurs de chaque chambre et dans les chambres, mais on est accueilli au balcon à la porte d'entrée par un cendrier, non vidé et utilisé par le personnel. L'endroit est neuf, mais la poignée de la salle de bain m'est restée entre les mains, et les rampes des balcons extérieurs sont couvertes de moisissures vertes...

Beautiful, spacious room and lovely lake. Quiet and peaceful. However, the beds were uncomfortable, and above the fridge there was a large spider and web, which I felt should have been removed by the cleaning staff.

Beautiful views and great renovation!
We loved our stay here! Beautiful rooms and wonderful views. We loved that there's a firepit for campfires right near the lake. Access to a paddleboard and kayaks, and a great dock! We plan on going back next year and renting out one of the cabins!

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, fresh and clean. Unfortunately we could hear other guests in the building. We might think of going back in the off season.

The interior of the building was recently renovated and we ensured to include drywall and insulation products that are soundproof and for commercial use. Nice place by the lake.
We checked-in after 6 in the evening during Thanksgiving weekend. Reception was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and neat. We were happy that a gentleman lighted up the campfire though it was late in the evening when we made the request. We enjoyed boating early morning under such beautiful surroundings. Thank you, Laurie, for showing us around. We will be happy to be back again.

Pleasant Stay at the cottage
I had a pleasant stay at this cottage. The staff were friendly and helpful! The scenery of the lake was beautiful and it wasn't too far from Algonquin Park. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a weekend getaway.
