« I will not stay here again. the room smelled musty when entering. the bed was a mattress on a metal frame so it sank where people have been on it the most. the air conditioner was so loud. no hair dryer. no tissues. I suppose since it’s geared towards extended stays, you are supposed to buy all those things yourself. »

« My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made:
1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful.
2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing.

We stayed twice in five days and the coffee machine on the casino floor wasn’t working either time. We needed decaf and only regular coffee was offered.
