« Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. NO euro plugs in the room, just one in the kitchen. The Netflix that they keep ok touting is just the...

« Very good overall. Well equipped, close to everything. One regret: they only give you one small tube of body soap and shampoo and then never refill it. So it is ok if you stay 2 nights, but how about 7 or 8 nights? I asked the reception and they explained it was a package (!), but that they would give some the day after. Which never happened. Although it is not so important, I found this stingy for a quality residence... »

« The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms are serviced daily and the host is quick to respond to any of your needs. There is no swimming pool or outdoor space on the property, however the location is within close proximity to hiking, cycling trails and an abundance of activities. +/-2km easy walk to the clarens waterfall.The main town square is within walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. »
