Wonderful Trip!

Our family stayed here and had the best time! We had a two month old up to a 71 year old and there was something for everyone! The kids never got bored of the pool, yard activities and indoor activities. The views were amazing! We would definitely come back again!

Amazing Experience!

We had a group of 12 for 7 nights at Sunset Cove. The place is even better than the pictures! Pool was amazing, so many opportunities for the kids to have fun outside (pool/basketball hoops/trampoline, etc.). The theatre room was a great bonus! We have stayed at some great places over the year, this was probably the best. Mindy and her team were great with any questions we had prior or during the stay.

Great Adventures

We loved it here! So much to do for both kids and adults! We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our trips to Zion, Bryce, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Went on an ROAM UTV ride and toured two slot canyons. Wished we could have stayed longer to see more of the beautiful places in Utah. When not visiting national parks we enjoyed all the amenities of the house. Pool, theater room, basketball, trampoline, scooters, hot tub, and much more. Great place!!!! You will not be disappointed. Very nice Grocery store nearby was also a plus.

Great property for young kids

Close enough to drive 30-60 mins to get to any parks! Plenty of things to do at the house! Theater room was a bonus with some of the weather that kept us inside.

Great house for extended family vacation!

This house pretty much met or exceeded all our expectations. Perfect size for 8 adults and 6 kids (ages 7,4,4,2,2 &1). All the little kiddos loved the backyard area. Although we had a few challenges with the pool, the host was very responsive to our needs and helped solve our issues in a timely manner. Everything in the backyard was a "home run" for the little ones: from the inground trampoline to the swing set, to the adjustable basketball hoop and the bike/cart riding path all around the backyard - they loved all of it. It was unseasonable warm in Hildale while we were there (early Sept) and was pretty warm to do much outside during the day, but mornings and evenings were great. Inside the house was not a bad fall back option. Theatre room was popular for kids shows while not playing outside or napping and the adults enjoyed several movies in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare and serve our group of 14 and the gameroom downstairs was also popular in the afternoon when it was too hot outside. Not alot to do around the Hildale area, but a short 45 minute drive to Zion was worth it. Catch the shuttle and ride it to the last stop and if you can't do the whole Narrows hike, then at least hike the 2 mile round trip to the start of the narrows. Overall great family vacation and Mindy was very easy to communicate with and adjusting to our few needs. Thanks.

Perfect spot for fun!

We had such an amazing time at this SunCove home. We would definitely come back and stay again!! Our large group of family friends, which was a mix of adults and kids, we’re able to spread out and have their own space while still being together and enjoying our vacation in this amazing house. SunCove was perfectly located between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The drive to an from was easy and the sights were absolutely gorgeous. We had many daily adventures during our stay, and this location made it simple and easy to get to everything. The grocery store in town has just enough of everything you need to make it work without having to travel any length of time. The communication with the property manager was top notch. Anytime I reached out she responded very quickly and exceeded our expectations of service and support. Mindy came to meet us as we arrived with a bouquet of wild flowers and a grocery bag of essentials to get us started. It was so sweet and it was very thoughtful. Our group loved the wide open kitchen/dining/living room area and spent every meal together in these rooms. We are so thankful to have found SunCove for our trip and would encourage you to check it out as well!

Amazing gem in an up-and-coming area

This house has everything you could ask for and more. Outside is set up for the little ones and adult-sized kids alike with a basketball court with multiple basketballs, huge pool and waterslide, in-ground trampoline, swing set, scooters, and hot tub! The inside is spacious, huge kitchen and large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The movie theater was a hit with the entire group. Our favorite room was the seating area with large glass windows overlooking the pool and mountains. We spent and entire week here and the view never got old. We experienced a small issue during our stay, the owner couldn't have been more responsive and sent over people to remedy it immediately. The location is perfect, short drive to Zion and only about 2 hours from the Grand Canyon's North Rim (the best kept secret - less busy and better views). The area the house is in has a lot of history. We loved the little drive-thru coffee and ice cream shop that has an amazing selection. There's also a new winery right down the street with some of the best natural wines that we've ever had. There's a cool little brewery, full scale grocery store and pizza shop right down the road too. We really enjoyed the Water Canyon trail which wasn't too difficult for kids to traverse and less than 3 miles from the house. We'd love to come back and would recommend to any friends and family looking in the area.

Beautiful home

Our multigenerational family recently stayed a week in this gorgeous, well equipped home. The huge outdoor space with the magnificent pool had numerous seating areas The younger kids loved the play area and riding the scooters while the teenagers had a ball on the trampoline & shooting hoops. The kitchen was well equipped and we made use of the side deck with its large grill Hildale is quiet and and doesn’t offer a variety of restaurants but there is a terrific grocery store 7 minutes from the house. Kanab ( where we went on an ATV tour to a slot canyon), and Hurricane are very cute towns that are a short drive away. My grandchildren loved sand boarding at Coral Sand Dunes State Park ( 20 minutes). The ride to Zion is a little less than an hour but it’s so spectacular we didn’t care about the length of the drive

Great place for the whole family!

This property had everything for our family reunion. The location is beautiful, the home is very clean, the backyard was filled with all sorts of toys and activities that everyone loved. We highly recommend this place.

Trip to Zion Park

We were a group of 10 adults. This house is extremely beautiful, clean, new and large enough for all of us. The theatre is awesome and made our trip even more fun. Mindy and Lee gave us the best service. The only issue is that the house is a bit far from zion park.

Hildale House

We had to change our summer vacation plan due to the current wildfire condition and made a last-minute booking for this property. I generally depend on others’ reviews before making any on-line booking and this is an exception due to the last-minute changes. The place is spacious, newly remodeled, and the hosts, Mindy and her husband, quickly responded to our questions/needs. The children enjoyed time in the pool, on the trampoline and swing. We had a good time during our stay. Thank you very much!
