„This was the perfect room for a small group out on a girls weekend. It is on the same property as Fiesta Winery. This happens to also be on the 290 Wine Shuttle stop list, so we were able to relax in our room for awhile and then take the shuttle back into town. Beds are super comfy. Pillows were a little too firm for my preference, but next time I would just bring my own pillow. We will for sure rent this place again. “

„Myself, husband, and 18 year old daughter were in town for TXST new student orientation. The home was neat and tidy. It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. You could walk if you don’t mind walking up a very steep hill. The welcome gift of wine and a 30 gift certificate to the Palmer Restaurant was much appreciated. „The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. “
