« Some Pool cushions need to be replaced »

« Gym is very small and limited. The first room we were given was moldy and dirty. We changed rooms a the second room was good. »

« When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello! »

« Espectacular vista desde la habitación si buscas algo tranquilo este es el lugar solo una sugerencia el restaurante no tiene opciones buenas para el lugar y la vista q ofrece desafortunadamente un menú muy pobre y el olor dentro es a humedad… pero el hotel está bonito y en un área muy tranquila »

« We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! Beautiful infinity adult pool and two other pools for family ! They had tons of activities for families/kids and adults as well (live music events everynight! Great restaurants. Extremely nice staff . I liked how there were managers walking around and the staff always picking up any trash and abandoned towels . Always tons of towels availables. Very attentive staff . Beautiful property overlooking the Hill country and golf course ! Will definitely book...

« We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection. »

« Chambre basique dans laquelle il manquait des ampoules, piscine laissée a l’abandon, petit déjeuner quelconque, hotel frequenté que par des ouvriers. Dommage….ca aurait pu etre une belle étape avec un peu d entretien ! »

Nous y avons eu accès après 19.00 Du coup un upgrade nous a été offert avec le sourire, mais nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les 25 euros de cadeau Personnel souriant et agréable et le spa très cher mais un très bon service »

« Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is. »

« Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

« Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes. »
