Unsere Villa, AR305, befindet sich in idealer Lage direkt am Strand in der 3. Etage des beliebten Strandes Admiral's Row im Hilton Head Island Beach und Tennis Club. Der Balkon der Villa mit Blick auf den Strand. Nur eine sehr kleine Anzahl von anderen Villen teilen sich eine solche einzigartige Lage. Die meisten Ferienhäuser, die als "Ocean View" aufgeführt sind, sind eine viel größere Entfernung vom Strand entfernt.

Die besondere Lage unserer Admirals Row Beachfront Villa schafft ein exklusives Gefühl von einer Lage am Meer, die sich von allem anderen unterscheidet. Alle Vorteile des Hilton Head Beach und Tennis Komplexes mit 10 beleuchteten Plätzen stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung! Dazu gehören zwei Swimmingpools und ein Kinderbecken, Jamaica Joe'z Poolbar, Coconutz Sports Bar / Restaurant (mit den besten Flügeln auf Hilton Head Island gewählt), sowie eine Pizzeria (Gator'z), Fahrradverleih, Unterhaltung , Picknickplätze und viele andere Funktionen.

Wir bieten Strandkörbe und einen Sonnenschirm für Ihre Verwendung. Fahrradverleih ist vor Ort verfügbar. Zehn beleuchtete Tennisplätze stehen ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung - buchen Sie einfach mal im Tennis Center.

Zusätzlich zu den Vorzügen der exzellenten Lage wurde unsere Villa kürzlich um ein neues Queen-Size-Schlafsofa mit einer Gelschaummatratze, einem neuen 50-Zoll-TV- und Mediencenter erweitert. Die Küche wurde mit neuen Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, Armaturen und Spülen / Armaturen ausgestattet. Es bietet ein helles und luftiges Interieur. Very nice property. Beautiful view. My only complaint is the week shower. Not easy to get clean after a day of surf and sand. a hand held shower head with sufficient water pressure and adjustable water spray would dramatically improve the shower experience.

Mom and kids

I stayed here 4 nights with my 3 children. This was my first time staying oceanfront in Hinton Head and I've been coming for many years. Usually I get 2 bedrooms, but the amazing view and ocean access made up for the smaller space. My daughters said the sofa bed was veey comfortable and enjoyed watching the ocean. There is a small fridge and a separate small freezer as well as a stove, microwave, and fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of storage space for clothing. The unit was cleaned and well maintained. My kids are 7, 9, and 11. They LOVED the activities at the big pool like movie night, a dance party, and hairbraiding. There is also a bar, restaurant, and ice cream stand at the pool. There is beach buggy parking because the pool is just a few steps from the ocean.Hilton Head is full of amazing restaurants and beautiful bike paths and parks. This time we even went shark fishing on a shared charter geared towards kids called Captain Hook that was incredible! We found a giant conch shell, dozens of sandollars, hermit crabs, and a starfish. We saw dolphins several times and even a shark. The owners, Ian and Patricia were very kind and accommodating. They were very responsive to VRBO messages and also gave me their cell phone number. They a were able to arrange an early check in and later check out for me which was much appreciated!

Relaxing getaway

The condo was just as described; clean; good location. The view was wonderful. We had less than ideal weather but still plenty of good eating in the area and a good place to relax. Quiet in May. The owner was wonderful to work with when our original requested dates didn't work for us. Only little issue was that when arriving, the place where you were to check in wasn't clearly marked and confused us slightly.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all the amenities that were advertised. It is small, so you can't live out of your suitcase, but there is ample storage space for clothes. A one minute walk to the beach, which was convenient. The only complaint would be that the elevator is quite slow, otherwise a very nice stay.

Excellent location, responsive host

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the room and the balcony. It was easy to take a short walk downstairs and across the boardwalk and be able to take long walks, 2 miles one way and about 1 mile the other, along the beach. Be aware the tide moves a long distance up and down so at high tide there's not much beach.Condo is well equipped, both the kitchen and beach accessories (nice beach chairs, umbrella if it's not too windy). Nice touches like good lighting, plenty of hooks and drawers for storing clothing. Bathroom had places to put your things out of the way so it doesn't have to sit out. Also some grilling tools if you want to grill at the community grilling locations.The resort has a couple restaurants, one of which serves food until around 10 pm if you arrive late like we did. Parking is easy.The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem and got it resolved quickly.

It was worth the money just to get an owner like Ian Budd who cares enough about your stay to go the extra mile to give you a TON of information about your surroundings! Places to go, things to do and to educate so you will not unknowingly disrespect the nature of your surroundings like the Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Although I would add to great breakfast places The French Bakery! WOW! We saw and ate at most of the places he listed and they were everything he said they were and more. Didn’t get to experience the Jazz Corner. It was on our list month before our visit but did not know you really need a reservation for that place well in advance!! The only thing I have to add is I was not wheelchair bound when I made these reservations but since have become so and this place was only just qualifying as wheelchair accessible. Tiny elevator and corridors….just barely navigable. If I could not stand to take a shower I would not have gotten one. This place was a tiny house size. (540sq.ft.) But it was manageable if you have help. AND WELL WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW ALONE! We were able to negotiate the boardwalk down to the beach without the use of a beach wheelchair…and it really was a very short walk to the ocean.

We had a great time at AR305. The unit was clean and comfortable. We’ve visited HHBT a number of times and lived on the Island for several years. The north end is relatively quiet and is our preferred location.

The Condo has a beautiful setting on the 3rd floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises were beyond beautiful. The condo is nicely decorated, just a little dated. We loved our 3 days with nice long walks on the beach. We had a beautiful New Year’s Day BBQ dinner with our daughter and boyfriend who were staying in another unit in the same building. The Charcoal BBQ’s on site were a nice addition. We immensely enjoyed our dinner with the dusk settling in, with the sound of the waves and fresh air on the balcony. I’d also like to personally thank the owners, Patricia and Ian for letting us check out after lunch on the 2 Jan as our car was in the shop getting repaired. Thanks!🤓

Great Thanksgiving

The property is older, but very well kept. We enjoyed our annual trip to HHI, although this time was on the quieter side. Based on a suggestion from the owner, we reserved and rented bikes from the onsite hut and would do it again if we had the opportunity. If you want to be close to the water, this is the perfect choice.to be close

Great Ocean View

We had a very nice stay at this property. As we were on the third floor, and my husband recently had surgery, it was a little off putting that there were no luggage carts to help move our suitcases up the stairs to the elevator. Fortunately, I could handle it, but it could be tough going for physically challenged people.

Adults only. Enjoyed the jazz corner. Must make reservations. If have kids then I recommend going on the shrimp boat trip. It is fun and educational and you may be bringing shrimp home to eat so bring a small cooler in your car.

Best front row condo on beach!

This 3rd floor condo has the best front row beach view and access including balcony with table and chairs. It has everything needed to stay for days, full kitchen, great living area with chairs and sofa that makes into a bed (if necessary) along with large TV, large updated shower in bathroom, plenty of storage, comfortable bedroom.
