The home was beautiful and the rooms fit our group very well. The elevator was especially helpful for my husband, who is 74. Having the on site pool was great - my only comment is that the temperature on the pool was set very high - we were able to adjust it. The beach and restaurants were near by - all in all, it was a great vacation.

Great House

This house was great and matched exactly to what was advertised. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and patio area with really nice outdoor furniture. The walk to the beach was a little long, but manageable.

Stolman Family Spring Break Trip

This home was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. We apprciated the location and the fact that we could walk to the ocrean in about 10 minutes.The house provided beach chairs and a wagon to carry them to the beach. We loved the elevator and the fact that we could easily transport luggage and groceries up and down. The grandkids loved having their own (upper) floor along with the games provided. The pool, which was outside, yet covered by the floor above it, saved us on the one and only day that we experienced rain. We also loved: the Hot Tub, the great kitchen, very comfortable beds, the provided beach towels, the big (long) dining room table, and the big TV by the pool. This home is a winner and we would look to stay there again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Perfect property with every amenity you can imagine.

Probably the best house we have rented over the years. House is huge so my family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. House had everything you could need on vacation: baby cribs, beach towels, pool, hot tub, great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds, TVs everywhere, you name it this house had it.

Girls' weekend

Enjoyed this home for a 3 day weekend, but for 16 adult women it was a snug stay. Thankful the weather was good so we could spend time on large pool patio and screened porch off living room. VERY DIFFICULT TO PARK 5 CARS! Elevator worked great for handicap friend in this 3 story home. Water pressure poor, coffee maker not working, no grab bar for safely getting out of wet tub/shower combo, and pool is small for 24 people to enjoy! Walk to beach exactly 10 minutes, and happy we could drive our beach stuff to beach ramp.

Don't hesitate...BOOK NOW!

One word, IMMACULATE!!!! My family and I just returned from a wknd of fun on HHI and stayed at this property. From the time of booking, the property owner was so responsive in communicating. Every time I reached out, she followed up immediately. I really appreciated this! Now onto the property..... My gosh, upon arrival, we all were completely in awe. The pictures don't do this place justice. It was as I stated above, immaculate! I mean, the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The place was beautiful and truly made us feel as if we were in a tropical paradise. The subtle touches they put into this property really went a long way. The kitchen was a dream and included every utensil, dinnerware, bakeware, pots/pans you would ever need, and in abundance. They made sure to stock the house with items needed for a place that sleeps 24. The bedrooms were phenomenal. The beds were super comfy, the linens were clean, and the floorboards free of spiderwebs and dust. The kid's bedroom on the top floor was a dream for them and had its own bathroom. We could barely hear all the noise they were making upstairs. Their rooms were stocked with plenty of boardgames, beanbags and other fun items. The tv's in their rooms were a nice touch to hook up their gaming systems and watch movies. The beds were comfy according to the kids and they didn't feel as if they were all on top of one another, in regard to space. The washer & dryer was absolutely necessary with wet and sandy clothing from the pool & beach. The home was also stocked with an abundance of towels, pool toys and beach chairs. The kids and adults could not get enough of the pool. That was the highlight of our trip. There are tons of seating by the pool and the waterfall was a special touch. I believe the previous guests may have broken the tv above the pool, but I honestly didn't mind not having it because I was so paranoid of it falling into the pool while turned on. So, we definitely didn't miss that. ***A word of advice, we had a light rain one of the nights, but we were still able to get into the pool. Periodically we would sit poolside, but the mosquitos would fiercely attack. Everyone had about 10+ mosquito bites each. Be sure to bring some OFF if it rains. You'll thank me later. Also, the beautiful and calming beach was a short 8–10minute walk down a bike path. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Our stay on HHI was that much better because of this home.

Hilton Head review

The property was great with a few exceptions. The parking spaces were barely large enough for our cars and could use some additional parking especially for a place that sleeps 26. There were a few other small issues.

Family vacation Hilton Head

Overall stay was wonderful! Everyone had a great time throughout the week. The house was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and starter supplies. There are also beach towels provided if you're not bringing your own. The pool and patio area was used every day we were there. Lots of seating with sun and shade for large groups. The pool is shaded and the water temps perfect. The landscape on the sides of the patio gave a feeling of being more secluded. The living room space was smaller than expected with the large number of people that the house will sleep. The individual bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, the adults loved them. The master bedroom was a dream with private balcony and large double vanity with walk-in shower that was near half size as the bedroom. Most problem we had was that a few adults that were sharing the bunk room. One thing we found was the need for more storage or a couple of dressers in the bunk room. There are some cloth drawers under the TV stand but wasn't sufficient for the 9 people sleeping in the bunk room.

Large family vavation

19 of us ranging from ages 1-75. Couldn’t ask of anything more in a vacation home. Beautifully appointed. Everything that could be need is provided. Would definitely return!

Satisfied Visitors From Canada

This was a fun house. We had 8 adults, 6 children and 1 infants. There's lots of cosy gathering spots for morning coffee, family meals and BBQs by the pool. The kids LOVED their 3rd floor space and the pool. The house is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. There was a life guard tower right by the entry point and a parking area if you want to drop off chairs, or coolers. We didn't bother. Hilton Head is a beautiful island and Savannah is fantastic. We had a great trip.

Golf Outing

We loved this house and its location. We had 16 men in our group and the house was perfect for our needs. The large open living/dining room was perfect for socializing and watching sports on the big screen TV. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the grill on the patio two different evenings. The patio was an awesome location to hang-out, swim, grill, and watch sports on the TV. The heated pool made it comfortable to just lounge, drink, and talk. The location of the house is close to many eateries, grocery stores, and golf courses. Great house in a great location!

Great family home

Had a wonderful time at this property with our family. Ages 58 down to 4 months, it had something for everyone! The pool was enjoyed by all! Clean, comfortable bedding and even 2 cribs for the infants. The upstairs kids room was a big hit also. They loved having their own space.

Very Accommodating

We had 2 toddlers with us during our family vacation; we needed 2 cribs, highchairs, etc. We were going to improvise and use a crib and a pack n play for sleeping, but to our surprise there was two of everything we needed. The pool was also a hit and we didn't need to apply any sunscreen to use it!

Beautiful Home that needs a new cleaning crew

Beautiful home like the pictures, however, your cleaning crew dies not do the property justice. We spent the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning. Mold in the freezer, leftover nasty juices in the refrigerator drawers and shelves. Half washed dishes, visible dust on the island lights. Un-swept patio ++ On day two we went to use the Weber grill, only one burner worked. These things should be a part of the checklist before renting to the next guests.

Awesome on Every Level

This property is exactly as advertised. The home is fresh and clean and easily accomodated our group of 18. The place is fully stocked and comfortable. The pool and outdoor seating area makes relaxing easy. The Prpoerty Manager was very responsive. Highly recommended !

Amazing place for a big group!

Fantastic place to stay with a large group (we had 18) - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and THE best amenities! The pool was the big hit - it's a bit smaller than we expected from the pictures but plenty big for us to enjoy. Two big beach carts, plenty of beach chairs, ping pong table, corn hole, beach toys, etc. If you hit the beach at Folly Field access point, walk a bit up the beach and hit Jamaica Joe's for lunch and drinks on their wonderful, breezy patio. Great location and great place!

Great house

Great house for a large group. Inside is very big with lots of rooms. Pool is a bit small and there Lots of seating by the pool but it is not covered. So you are in the sun. Great location.
