  • This is a wonderfully appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that has Ocean Front Views, Pool and 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bikes! It has a full kitchen, dining table, wonderful family room and a great patio and is CLEAN and Updated! It is very well decorated, fully furnished, a King Bed in the Master with brand new mattress and has it's own private bathroom, a desk and dresser and 2 night stands with 2 lamps! The large 2nd bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a single twin with a dresser and lots of closet space! The kitchen is large and all appliances are full size, it even has an ice maker. The table seats 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room. The entire condo has been remodeled and has tile floors throughout. You have the luxury of a split heating and air system in each room, ceiling fans throughout and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views! There are 4 newer beach chairs and a beach cart for trips to the beach! This unit is very well cared for, very clean and is very quiet. It is on the first floor with no stairs. Parking is very close by, free and safe as this is in a gated complex! The condo is perfectly located near Coligny Plaza, just minutes from everything! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 072016

A quiet condo location right on the beach with a beach view. It was the perfect place for my girls & I to relax for a short trip. Located right by Coligny shopping plaza, the convenience of being able to walk to get coffee in the morning was a plus for us. We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our girls getaway! We loved everything about it! It’s in a perfect location just steps away from the beach and shops at Coligny Plaza. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and bikes were so convenient! The condo was clean and spacious, the hosts provided all the information we needed, and check in was a breeze! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location with easy walking/biking to shops and restaurants. Quick responses from the hosts when we had an issue with a drain. Beach was great, not too crowded. So glad that beach chairs and wagon were available. The wagon was a nice surprise to get all our stuff down to the beach. Did forget to send the gate access code at check in but we made it work.

What an absolutely beautiful, clean, convenient place to stay for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 littles)!! I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars. The pool was so nice and well kept, the complex was very quiet and everyone we encountered were very friendly. Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Hosts were very informative and communicated timely. We are very pleased overall and would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect oceanfront location! Plenty of space, clean towels, blankets, with a gorgeous view of the beach. Pool was nice and never crowded. Only thing negative is adult bikes were too big for my daughter. Will bring her bike next time!!

This is a delightful location. So close to the beach and a lovely view. Having breakfast or lunch out on the back patio was a joyful experience. Hearing music from the Tiki Hut close by only added to the experience! The hosts were responsive when unexpected challenges arose with a broken cable box. They attempted to resolve it promptly. I would recommend this condo to others, and I would gladly stay here again! Lots to do around Coligny, and the ocean water was warm and inviting. Looking forward to a future visit!

We love the convenience of the beach and the pool. Although it was colder than we would have liked, we still enjoyed the stay. It had enough sleeping arrangements for our family of 5. We had plenty of towels, seating and bedding. We loved the extras they offered with the bikes and chairs. Made this quick trip so much better not having to bring too much. Would definitely book again.

Everything about this was wonderful!We had a very clean place to stay thank you, and perfect weather for early March! We even saw dolphins at sunrise as it is so close to the ocean!The supplied bikes were great! We appreciated those very much. It is so close to everything!Everything was just like it was listed. Amazing location, great ammenities!

We love staying at this property. The proximity to the beach is great and the pool is fantastic. We really enjoyed the extra ammenties like pool chairs and bikes which ended up saving us so much money where we would have otherwise had to rent these items! Spacious and clean, perfect for groups and families!

Fantastic Stay

Perfect place to stay with your family. Oceanfront, easy walk to Coligny and “pirate ship” park! The check in/check out process was clear and easy. The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need! Would 100% book again!

Spring break gem

We had never been to Hilton Head and this was a great intro. The access to a pool and the beach were the main draws but then we realized how lucky we were to have several great dining spots, good trails, and access to the rest of the island. We are seriously considering this to be an annual trip!

Wonderful experience even in a hurricane!!!

This condo is on the first floor of the complex, and it faces the pool with the ocean in the background. The kitchen as well stocked; the furniture is comfortable; and the whole experience was very pleasurable.
