This villa was perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. It’s close to Coligny and Shelter Cove, and a quick bike ride to the beach. The villa was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the patio watching wildlife and golfers. It was such a peaceful and relaxing vacation for us! Cindy was a wonderful host. She was very thorough with check-in and check-out instructions as well as quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!Everything about our stay was wonderful. Cindy is so helpful and just a delight to communicate with back and forth. Any questions we had, she answered and she also provided additional information that I hadn’t even thought to ask. The wildlife watching was incredible! The location is beautiful and so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

We had a great visit staying in this family friendly condo. We loved borrowing the umbrella, beach toys, and towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, but could use some small/medium Tupperware with lids. We had a relaxing stay!

This is just what we needed and in the perfect location. The property and photos are exactly as described. Safe neighborhood, great neighbors, peaceful and quiet. The outdoor sitting area with the swing was so nice to sit and have coffee. Cindy is a great host who is responsive and wants to make sure her guests are taken care of.

Cindy was an excellent host who helped us with all our needs. We were fortunate to find this unit on last-minute notice, as another rented unit had been sold a few days before our trip. We did not want to take a chance with the change, so we found Cindy's excellent villa. Her condo is tastefully decorated and very beautiful! Her unit has a lovely view of the lagoon and golf course. She has a lot of outdoor space to enjoy with her condo.

Wonderful villa that was decorated beautifully (especially for Christmas) and has fantastic view of the golf course! Villa felt like home from the moment we walked in. Cindy is a fabulous host and very responsive! Looking forward to staying again and highly recommended.

Evian is a beautiful area inside Shipyard Plantation which has always been one of our very favorite places to stay in Hilton Head. The villa was perfect for us. It was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy. The outside was fabulous with two patios overlooking a lagoon and golf course. Cindy, the owner was very helpful and extremely nice! We definitely hope to stay there again.

The is was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. All of the amenities were there - and then some. All of the comforts of home. The owner was super responsive with the entire process and very friendly. I would highly recommend this rental. I know we will definitely be renting again. Wonderful rental!!

Cindy's condo was amazing! It had everything we needed for our week stay, including beach gear. It's located toward the middle of the island and is close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the pool and 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Cindy was very responsive and quick to reply when I had questions. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

We loved this rental, everything about it was spot on and perfect. Super clean, very comfortable, very quiet, just an amazing spot and we recommended to anyone. Stayed in HH many times and this was one of the best stays. Our host was so good to anticipate our needs and provide thorough instructions and information on the villa. Villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Furnishings were in very good condition. Thoughtful touches in providing spices and kitchen essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Shipyard is beautiful and safer for walking and riding bikes. Loved seeing all the Alligators, large Birds and Turtles in the ponds. Stream was very relaxing to have our morning coffee and read books. The neighbors were very nice. Cindy's communication was Great.

Cindy’s place was perfect for our girls get away with my mom and aunt . All one floor living with the exception of the steps off the parking lot . All beds and furniture were very comfortable . We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the alligators float by in the back yard . . Cindy was very easy to work with and very accommodating. She let us have a late check out as we had car problems . She even let us check in early on the front side of our stay ! We would stay here again in the future .

This property was exactly as described and left nothing to be desired. Cindy was amazingly helpful and accommodating. The property offered everything we needed even during a tropical storm. The views from the patio in the morning are stunning. Beach access and accommodations cover it all. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!!

This villa is beautiful and extremely comfortable! The drive to the beach is only 5 minutes with easy access and restrooms. The pool is easy walking distance, but also has parking. The outdoor areas at the villa are fantastic, but it was way too hour to enjoy in August.
