No WiFi in living room. Phone on wall did not work. Key card did not work the 2nd time we tried to enter the facility. I called the 800 # & was on hold several minutes before a live person answered. I Explained the problem & he put me on hold to find someone else to try to help. She finally did help by sending a security guard to give us a new card. In the meantime my son was trying to get help at the front desk at the main casino. They said they would send the guard also. All of this took over 45 minutes as we kept trying the card over & over to get in. The 2nd night there were people shouting & fighting in front of our cabin. We got very little sleep. All in all a very disappointing experience. Won’t stay there again or recommend this establishment to anyone.
