« Ryumontei hotel is a beautiful gem! The room was spacious and clean. The entire ryokan was designed around the gorgeous and huge Japanese garden which made every moment at the ryokan a picturesque moment. A must visit during autumn! The hotel was conveniently located within short distance to nearby tourist attractions such as oriase stream, lake towada and mount hakkoda. Oh and the dinner at the ryokan was out of this world! Sadhimi, crab, beef, fish, abalone... everything was presented...

« こちらのホテルを選んだのは今月テレビで放映されていて、素敵なところだなと思っていた所、弘前に行く予定が入ったのでチャンスだと思って決めました。スキー場とゴルフ場のある自然豊かな所だったので、朝晩は涼しく下界とは全く違う快適な景色の中で過ごす事が出来ました。 夕食にはアルコール、ソフトドリンク、オールフリーだったので好きな飲み物をいただくことが出来ました。 孫はのっけ丼をお代わりしたり、リンゴシャーベットがとても気に入り何杯もお代わりしていました。 食事が終わり弘前の夜景を観ようと、12階のラウンジに行き、入口にご自由にお入りくださいとあったので中に入り、人は誰もおりませんでした。 中は薄暗く突然鏡張りの壁面が目の前に現れ激突してしまい、メガネのフレームは壊れるし、頬はキズつきヒリヒリでした。 メガネがないと翌日運転出来ないので応急処置をして運転、帰って来てから新しいメガネを買うことになり大きな出費、きっとあの鏡の壁面は他にも被害者が出ると思います。 »

« The property and rooms appear to be quite old everything was very basic nothing to be impressed with by any means. The cleaning staff came into my room and it looked like they went through my things, I’ve never experienced that and I’m not one to say something like this loosely because it’s a serious issue but it was evident and I think that’s unacceptable. The towels they left in my room were old and dirty. »

« Such a wonderful stay again. The best thing about this hotel for me is the all you can eat breakfast in which they serve local famous ingredients like tomburi & nagaimo, Hinai-jidori tsumire meat ball. Location is another thing I like. From here, you can enjoy a little walk around the Keijo Park, visit Akita-inu museum and appreciate the gorgeous view of Mt. Ho-o alongside Nagaki river. Come experience all this and you'll definitely love it. »
