My room smelled awful so asked for a new room, front desk lady came in the room to check out the smell and she didn’t even have to walk all the way in and said oh my I’m so sorry that is bad and that the previous people who stayed there had dogs. We moved to another room where the bath tub was dirty had hair in it but at this point we drove 11 hours and it was 2am and we were tired so my daughter started to take a shower where this awful loud squealing sound from the water so she hurried up and got out. Then they tuck in their pillows so I untucked my pillow and it was brown stains not old ones thy were textured so they were never changed for whoever stayed before us. I asked the front desk at this point for a refund. She was texting the GM Sahar for permission. I was waiting in the lobby on an answer till 330am when I finally said may I please have clean pillows and just go to sleep and just refund me for the next night because I booked 2 nights and she told me if I stay tonight then I won’t get a refund for the next night and that if I wanted to get a refund I would need to check out now. So I checked out drove 35 minutes to another hotel and paid for it only for Sahar the GM to email me and tell me she will not be refunding me because housekeeping said the room was used! We were there for 20 minutes she knew we used the shower because we sent the video of the noise and the dirt told us to check out and is refusing to refund me for the room I didn’t sleep in.
