« Not really any staff for the rooms, clean, no tv in the bedroom, didn’t really see staff til the second day, when someone randomly walk in our room, didn’t knock or anything, kept getting text about an odor in the hallway, but didn’t smell anything. The food from the restaurant was good. Our patio was right above the smoking area outside so when we opened it up, cigarette smells came in really bad. Overall was and ok stay, just ok. »

« Un resort fantastique avec de très belles maisons individuelles. Très spacieuse bien équipée. De nombreuses activités, piscine, mini golf, ping pong tennis… Seul bémol le personnel n’est pas très sympathique. »

« Parking for the first few nights was nice and convenient, but then it was obvious the resort became very crowded, so it was understandable that parking became an issue. Other than that, we had no issues! »

« First of all nobody should be allowed to stay at this property. From the outside it is scary looking. And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. L’accueil nous donne aucune information sur le déjeuner (sûrement parce que non existant 😡 à moins que vous aimiez les céréales sucrées et brioches en sacs) et le wifi. Quand on demande de l’information, on semble déranger la dame qui écoute Judy’s court !!! Tapis de chambre des sales. »

« Hotel bien situé pour visite du quartier historique de Williamsburg. Personnel à l'accueil peu d'entregent, odeur désagrable à la réception et dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très médiocre (le lait avait suri, pain blanc et muffin très commercial, pas de fruit.Bien que le prix soit peu élevé, le service aurait dû y être quand même. »
