„I really enjoyed the stay and will be visiting again soon. I do have 1 recommendations for the shower, that some type of footing is needed to keep from a accidental slip ,while taking a shower.“

„## 1/10 - Terrible Experience, Dirty Room and Rude Staff I booked this hotel while traveling with my family, including my 15-year-old daughter, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator smelled terrible and had spilled liquid inside, and there were visible footprints on the bathroom floor. The room was clearly not properly cleaned and looked nothing like the photos advertised ...

„My sheets had a big red brownish stain on it smh“

„Well the outside was clean, the lobby was clean, the room was dirty and they had roaches it was a nice size room but they need to keep them clean and upgrad.“

„nice place“

„In the last 13 days we have stayed in 10 different motels in 7 different states with similar price levels. White Oaks Motel was the best. Friendly, helpful people, safe surrounding, even some seats to sit outside to watch the sun set. Over all: five stars and would always recommend this one!“

„When I got there they said it was no rims available like I didn’t book in advance “

„Very clean, quick check in process, access to streaming services from tv, friendly staff.“

„Beautiful location on the Wilmington River Walk. Lots of restaurants a short walk away. FLO level 2 EV chargers a couple blocks away. Well laid out comfortable rooms. Bedding and pillows fresh and comfortable. Nice size kitchen for small meal preparation. Large, bright breakfast area with Eggs, Hot Oatmeal, Meat, Potatoes, and cold cereals.“

„Rooms wasn't clean and the room had a big horse fly in it & no you tube to watch. I won't be that way again.“

„Everything was excellent from the room to the staff and the breakfast!“
