« The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, right off the highway yet quiet except for the fact that the walls are thin and other guests may be loud but other than that, everything was above my expectations. « We had a great stay. UCONN campus is very impressive! My only complaint is, when checking in we were instructed where to park. It wasn’t until we checked out and I saw a tiny sign hidden behind the card processor, that I realized they charge $9 per night for parking. I brought it to the attention of the clerk that not only weren’t we informed at check in about the fee, but that the sign should be larger and placed where patrons can actually see it!!! »

« I think this was an old lake resort. The exterior is in disrepair, the pool is out of commission, and the decore is dated to the point of quirky. But, the staff is friendly, the room was immaculate, and it has an overall charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only recommendation would be for more pillows... there aren't enough on the bed to prop yourself up to watch TV. »
