Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in.
The amenities were also lacking, no bathroom, no floor towels, no wash towels, and no hand soap.
The host was responsive though once I got there so that was a plus.
The unit was clean with a great view.
The area was beautiful and convenient with many shops and restaurants on and around the property.
