Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten ein toll eingerichtetes und grosses Zimmer. Alles war gepflegt und sauber.Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut. Customer Service hat gut geklappt. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Flughafen geholt und gebracht. Hotel ist zentral gelegen und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Gutes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war die Badewanne etwas wackelig und der Duschschlauch für Europäer etwas kurz. Wasser lief nur spärlich ab, auch im Waschbecken. Die Klimaanlage müsste gereinigt werden, der Staub war schon sichtbar.

Nettes Hotel
Nettes Hotel um HCMC zu erkunden. Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und es gibt auch einen Pool. Lediglich das Zimmer war etwas kleiner als gedacht und die Badewanne hat einen altmodischen Duschvorhang. Aber ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Das EdenStar Hotel ist gut gelegen mit Pool zum Ausspannen, Bar und wunderbarem Blick über die Stadt (12. Etage). Ben Tranh Market, Bitexo Tower, Opernhaus und Notre Dame sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Leckeres Frühsrücksbuffet: unbedingt die Nudelsuppe probieren!

Das Hotel hat eine recht gute Lage. Ca 10 Minuten zum Ben Than Market und dem Streetfood Market. Etwa 15 bis 20 Min zu den wichtigsten Sehenwürdigkeiten. Den Rooftop Pool haben wir zweimal genutzt. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Badewanne ist wie schon viele geschrieben haben eine Katastrophe. Ich bin beim Duschen mehrmals ausgerutscht. Taxi und Ausflüge haben wir über das Hotel gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage
Mit dem EdenStar macht man nichts falsch, wenn man ein gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage sucht. Große Fenster (gibt es nicht immer in Vietnam) und viel Platz bieten einen guten Komfort, wenn man z.B. einen heftigen Regenschauer abwarten muss. Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut und das Frühstück ist ganz ok, und wer es lieber asiatisch mag, ist mit guter Auswahl besser bedient.

Nice hotel but needed new bathrooms
The room after the upgrade was good, with a view and large bed. However the standard room, which we got first, was on the lowest floors without daylight with a direct view of a house wall. The bathrooms are really dark, old and uncomfortable. The bath is not directly on the wall and so the water from the shower always runs in between.

the hotel.is situated ruther close to the city center, the breakfast has both - asian and european menu, the personal at the reception is helpful unlike the bellboys who prefer checking Whatsapp to opening doors for guests, for this money it was o.k.

Man bekommt in Saigon zu günstigeren Preisen, bessere Hotels. Die Zimmer sind standard und sollten in dieser Preiskategorie etwas komfortabler und besser ausgestattet sein. Der versprochene "CityView" endet nach 2m auf eine Häuserwand. Das Frühstück ist allerdings ausgesprochen umfangreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Das Personal war gelegentlich unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotel erwies sich als praktisch. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist relativ groß und sehr sauber.

Nice pool area on rooftop that was never too busy, with very good waiter service from restaurant also on rooftop. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lunch/dinner restaurant quality (average) and price (high). The breakfast was pretty good though. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and i would happily recommend to others.
