« We booked this hotel because it stated on Expedia that they had a pool. After check in and getting the kids ready to swim, we were told there was no pool. Expedia said there was nothing they could do, the hotel refused a refund. I understand a no refund policy, but that agreement was made on the promise of amenities made by the hotel and Expedia.
