« Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. »

« Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. « The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. « AWFUL the photos on Expedia are extremely misleading. The mattress, sheets, covers, and pillows were all stained. When I asked the front desk if there were clean ones I could use they said it was not possible because they are all stained. Front desk staff was watching videos annoyed to assist check in. The ceiling was cracked and pieces kept falling off. Microwave was disgusting and dresser had a bug in it. »
