„Room was spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly! Great location!“

„As soon as you walked in it smelt damp all around we decided to ignore it and proceeded to our room.. when we got to it right away we noticed the smell of mold.. not 5 min later we went right back down stairs and left... my childrems head started to hurt and I started to cough I couldn't let them sleep there, we had go find a different place to sleep at“

„Clean“

„The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.“

„Just a quick stay, but room was large and well equipped“

„(Most) Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and most everything worked (A/C, bathroom). My only small issues were: -loud neighbors (on the second night, a few people were running down the hallway shouting; on the first night, the connected room next to ours had their TV on loudly) -difficulty with connecting to the TV (that being said, I didn't ask the front desk for help) -reception was a little awkward/unwelcoming“

„Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either ...

„Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there“

„Zu wenig WC Papier auf Zimmer. Es wurde nach Anruf (obwohl versporchen) keines gebracht und musste selbst geholt werden. Ansonsten guter Motelstandard.“
